Changing NCRD on Route

Does anyone know how to change the NCRD on a Route to Yes. Route is active and working but not passing Called Number. Route is a QSIG route on Nortel CS1000.

I believe you have to say YES at ISDN for the Gate Opener

That is the Gate Opener, see below. However, with QSIG you may not get that option
