CCR ip address

Hi all.

I needed change the IP addres to my CCR server and now this appears disconnected.

Using CCR Administrator credentials, I can see the old server IP address in the "conmmuters" and if impossible to change it to the new IP address.

¿Any idea about this issue?.

I don't think the IP Address of the CCR server is relevant, only if you change the IP Address of the IP Office you need to change CCR settings.
The CCR server connects to the IP Office and not the other way around.
Did you try to reboot everything, thus IP Office AND CCR server?
