CCM upgrade from 5.3 to 5.8

Not aware of any. Licensing has changed on the product in that at 5.8 you no longer need individual node licenses if you have multiple 3300's. You just need a netowrk license to collect from multiple 3300's.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

No you can keep your SQL and windows
5.8 works OK with Win 2003 and SQL 2003
