I have a NoUser, who has been connected for hundreds of hours now, and can't find any solution to disconnect it:
- I tried Avaya's Tech Tip, that in this exact case I should change the standard logoff code telephone number to t(1), and that should disconnect it after a minute
- I have read another post here (thread940-967132), but there was also no solution - the problem (and screenshot) is exactly like mine, I have checked all the ports, and all the phones
- And of course, I rebooted the unit
but just as it starts again, the NoUser appears in the call status...
pleeeeease help =)
