Avaya 1120E set with one expansion module. The callers list is logging every call to every line on the expansion module. Is there a setting to limit the callers list to log only calls to the prime DN on the set? TIA for any advice.
Yes, all lines are configures as SCR. BFS sounds like it might be the solution - I have never used that before. BFS would allow the user to see if the line is in use but not be able to use the line? Is that correct?
