We are moving most of our call center to a cloud based pbx. However, support staff will stay on the NEC.
Not sure how we can transfer calls from support (NEC), to the cloud based users.
Once you do the transfer (the cloud PBX has a few did's we can forward to), if the support staff hang up, the connection is lost.
Any ideas on how to effectively handle transfers?
