Scenario:
Incoming call comes in
- user puts call on park 1
park timeout is set to 70 seconds
- user walks away (stupid I know)
- park timeout kicks in and rings the users phone
another user in that department hears it and wants to pick it up without running to the users desk
Is their a way to setup a button to pick up a parked timeout?? I already have a pickup group button for each department which works with incoming calls but not parked calls..
