Call Log Problem 1

Working on IPO 500 ver 4.1

for call logs:
I usually put a 91 in the prefix field on the Line tab

I have to kinds of phones on this new install

4610's
3711 Dect phones

with adding a 91 in the prefix the outbound call log works for the 3711 dect phones but breaks the 4610 ip phone log

with adding a 1 in the prefix the outbound call log works on the 4610 phones and breaks the 3711 phone log

Does anyone have any other ideas on how to manipulate this?
 
I think you may need to edit the 46xx settings file. I think it puts the 9 on for you in the phones.

Thanks for the quick response, i dont see anything in the 46xxsettings.txt for a prefix or anything like it. btw it's also completly commented out. so I looked through all the settings on the phone and cant find anything there either.

Any other ideas or do you know where on the 46xxsetting.txt file?
 
Did you try changing the digit treatment on the admm ?

Think you should add a line like this to the 46xxsettings-file, dial prefix
SET PHNOL "9"
You maybe have to put in this line to, the national number length
SET PHNLDLENGHT xx
 
Peter never did try the digit treatment, ill have to play with that one still.

Setting SET PHNOL "91" seemed to do the trick for me...
