First time working with an attendant console. we only have one and I know its extension. I want to be able to call forward the attnd aka "operator" console to another internal desk extension to cover for meetings,lunches and sick days. Is it as easy as putting a call forward button on the attdnt phone itself and having the operator activate the button when needed? or is there something I am missing here?
