Option 61C
I have a fax line that is not ringing. Has dial tone, can dial out, two-way talk is fine. And, if I clip a butt set on the line and dial from my cell phone, I can answer in talk mode (even though the butt set doesn't ring).
After some testing, I discovered that there is another fax line on the same card that is doing the same thing. I did a trace on one of the lines while dialing from my desk. Results follow:
% ACTIVE TN 004 1 14 06
% ORIG 004 1 04 05 0 MCR MARP 0 5574 2616
% TERM 004 1 14 06 MARP 0 5707 500
% TDTN 0 SLOT 10 PTY SLOT 68
% DIAL DN 5707
% MAIN_PM RING AUX_PM
% TALKSLOT ORIG 70 TERM 74
% EES_DATA:
% NONE
% QUEU RING
% CALL ID 0 44
Everything was working fine until just recently (sometime before today ... not sure when, but it was reported today).
Any thoughts? Other than hopefully not a bad analog card, that is?
Thanks,
Darin
