I have a weird issue I can't figure out. Ext 10 and 11 when answering a line won't hang up / release line. I do not have a problem on any other extension. I can go to another extension pickup any line and hang up. Any idea's?

Bad hookswitches? Swap phones with known good units to confirm.

Short on the voice pair? Swap extension numbers with known good location to confirm.

I tried with brand new phones, repunched down the pairs. Moved the lines around to see if it was a line issue. Is it possible a programming issue?

I would try bringing each phone to the processor and plug them in directly using the factory provided cables just to ultimately rule out an in house cabling issue.

If you program DSS buttons for x10 & x11 at some other extension, do the LEDs stay lit even if the phones are physically unplugged from 10 & 11?

OK, known good phones, same issue, not the phone sets

You haven't trouble shot the station wiring. Do as Dex says, plug the phones directly into the control unit.

We might be looking at 2 failed ports. Before settling on that, are x10 and x11 assigned to any groups? Can you try to default the processor to see if starting with a clean slate resolves the issue?
