Afternoon, we have a very old Partner phone system that's been working well. We had a power outage and lost all of the programming on the phone system. I was able to go in to make system changes (date, time, etc) but since the outage, we haven't been able to use the intercom system (via *71). Research showed that it needs to be set #617, but when I enter that in the program mode, I get an error tone. When I try to scroll to that option, it does not show. I am able to page direct lines, but not *71 (all lines). Any suggestions?
