I was at a customer yesterday and I was told that there was a problem with the Auto Attendant picking up.
Her definition of the problem was that she did not want to hear the phone ringing when people called in, It should go straight to the AA
I set the hunt delay to 0 rings (It was 2)(#506). Ihe inbound caller goes right to the AA. At extension 10 half a ring, or less is heard.
She claims that never happened before I moved an extension.
I have always heard the half ring on the Partners that I worked on.
Is there a way to prevent it?
