I have installed the new system only the problem i am facing is for paging the telephones i am using the T7316E ,T7100 and T7208 models i also make the group for paging but when i dialed the paging by feature 60 followed by group number it only take the two digit that is 20,21,22 etc( extension numbers are two digit only.

with that amount of information it's hard to help. Two digit extensions implies a Basic Edition system. Is that so? What software release?

If it is Basic Edition, just make a call as normal but put * in front of the group number for it to be a page.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I am using essential edition I tried to Crete the group for paging but some time it is showing user busy
