Hello team,
I need a help regarding ring back tone issue in IPO 500 v2. When extensions are calling to another extension no body is able to hear ring back tone but physical ring is working and after picking up speech path is working fine.. All the extension is IP extension. What can be the issue ?

Can u please suggest more. I think Re-Invite option relates to SIP trunk.. But in my scenario i am unable to hear ring back tone in local extension to extension call... @teletechman
 
Have you done any tracing or troubleshooting?

Maybe if you give some more information

Are these H.323 extension calling each other?
Are they located on the same network?
Is the IP500 on the same network?

Do you have a VCM card?
Is this an old system where it worked earlier, have you tried to replace the VCM card?

yes those are H.323 extension.
Yes its located on same network.
IP 500 V2 is on different VLAN.

They have VCM 64.
No i have not changed the card.
