We have Avaya IPO Pri SEC environment plus we have Avaya SBCE server (which was installed purely for remote or mobile app users)
Sbce is running behind the firewall (firewall host the public ip)
The internal phones are working fine without any issue and Workplace mobile phones were working as well
But then recently this happened
1. I was seeing expired certificate on SBCE
2. We changed the Public ip on firewall
the bth point above cause the workplace mobile phone users and now they are not able to connect
This system was installed by someone else and i tried so many things which i may have ruined the certificate part as well
i would really appreciate if someone here can help me to to return things back to normal
