Avaya IPO 11 SBCE 8 Workplace remote Phone

Hello

We have Avaya IPO Pri SEC environment plus we have Avaya SBCE server (which was installed purely for remote or mobile app users)
Sbce is running behind the firewall (firewall host the public ip)

The internal phones are working fine without any issue and Workplace mobile phones were working as well

But then recently this happened

1. I was seeing expired certificate on SBCE
2. We changed the Public ip on firewall

the bth point above cause the workplace mobile phone users and now they are not able to connect

This system was installed by someone else and i tried so many things which i may have ruined the certificate part as well

i would really appreciate if someone here can help me to to return things back to normal

1. do i need to create a public certificate ? or the method which is mentioned in this document ?
2. secondly in auto generated file 46xxsettings file still shows old public ip

3. Should i download Ca certificate and upload in IPO Primary file Manager as WebRootCA.pem ?

4. If you changed the public IP you also have to change the NoUser source number and adjust the public DNS (NoUser source, is this under SIP Extension profile ?)
 
You may also have the public IP on the B1 interface on the SBCE.

The problem is as following

I need to fix certificate issue on client mobile application and certificate issue between IPO SBCE also want to make sure Push notification works.
