Hi, I'm in a similar position to @driveconnection and @Pepp77 in the thread mentioned above.

I am currently unable to locate the licence key for my IP office 500v2 system or contact supplier.

Is there anybody that can help me with this or direct me in the right direction.

My SD number is: 1303879392

Thanks

If the supplier has Access to A1S then there is a way to view old ADI licences as part of supplying an upgrade quote. You would need to partner with a reseller who could do this for you (if using old ADI licences there is no way of swapping them on the old platform if the SD card fails).

If you have a backup copy of the config they are in there. I assume you have the Manager program. In the Manager folder there will be old copies of the config with the extension of .bak.

yes I do have the Manager program, but what do you mean by in the manager folder?
Is this the backup folder located on the SD card

to be perfectly honest I have just acquired this system as an add-on to a previous purchase. I don't necessarily need it but I have a couple of IP telephones laying around and would just like to see what it would take to get it working just to play around with. In the license section within manager, it says there are no licenses.

In Windows programs X86 there will be a IP Office folder in that folder is a Manager folder. If this a system new to you, you will be out of luck as you would never had a copy of the config before the system was defaulted. The version would be a good thing to know as older versions didn't require as much licensing. When you open the config it will show you what version the system is when you login.

Did it come with the IP phones? If not you would need to make sure you have VCM channels in the hardware.

thanks so much
I have:
IPO 500 V2
X2 combo cards (so yes, there is compression)
X2 9611g IP phones

manager version:
IPO 500 V2 vertion: 9.0.2.2 build 860

regarding the folder, I thought that is what it was, and no there were no licensing files. the system has been reset (using the button on the back) to factory defaults. would this have effectied licenses on the card?

How do I input the above license keys, is it just a matter of copying and pasting them into the license section? I've not seen them with all the additional information before

thanks for your help so far

Due to how they were posted, you'll have to put int weird string of characters one at a time into the license field. Otherwise if you had them all in a list (like below) you can copy and paste them all at once.
