I set up a time profile for the business hours and the only way that it will go into night mode is with a night button programmed on the receptionist's phone. Any ideas?

Is your time profile say 5pm to 9am? Time profiles can NOT go past midnight and will not work if you try.

In the above scenario you need to do 12am-9am and 5pm-11:59pm.

If that is not the issue we need way more information I just see people make this mistake a lot.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

Hunt group out of service or night service button.

This is how the time profile is set up. What other information would you need?

12:01 AM 7:59 PM Monday to Friday
12:01 AM 11:59 PM Sunday
12:01 AM 7:59 AM Saturday
4:00 PM 11:59 PM Saturday
5:00 PM 11:59 PM Monday to Friday

That profile is for the hours that you are closed. Where did you apply the profile? To the incoming call route or to the hunt group?

Either you have a misprint in your time profile or you messed it up. You have 12:01AM to 7:59PM M-F and 5pm to 11:59PM M-F. I am guessing the 12:01AM to 7:59PM is supposed to be 7:59AM.

As TTT asked where did you apply this time profile? The more information you provide the more likely you are to get a response. Having to drag information out of you to help you is rather counter productive on both ends.

This is the corrected time porfile

12:01 AM 7:59 AM Monday to Friday
12:01 AM 11:59 PM Sunday
12:01 AM 7:59 AM Saturday
4:00 PM 11:59 PM Saturday
5:00 PM 11:59 PM Monday to Friday

You define open hours on groups, not closed hours, you have it backwards :)

Please remember to Great Post! (pink star) amriddle's post for the correct answer.
