Hello all,

I have been testing the Integration with MOC and Avaya using the AES TR87 feature. I have the click to dial working. Calls through MOC are controlling the Avaya phone. However i am having an issue with the status of the client in MOC is not updating to "In a Call" like it is supposed to. The connection to the PBX seems to be up and working. This is the only issue I am having with it. Has anyone seen this before? If so how did you resolve the issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I found my problem. The issue was that group policy had the DisablePhonePresence Key in the Registry set to 1. I changed it to 0 and it fixed the issue. The status now shows “In a Call”. Need to have group policy updated to deploy this to all users.
