Analouge trunk problem on IPO SO in Malaysia

I have a customer with a IPO SO in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)and SCN with HQ in Sweden. No problems with SCN.
But the Analoge trunks doesent work in Malaysia.

After a wihle of research i found out that IPO is not suported in that region of the world. (Avaya said so)

Does anyone have some creative ideas?
Have anyone stumbeled on something similar?
I´m thinking of putting a INDeX system with analouge trunks and ISDN S0 trunks to hook up with the IPO.

I could brobably kill our salesman but we still have to take care of our customer.

Classic, and know the feeling....

As for the problem, I can only think of trying to liase closely with the providers and see if their standards match what the ATM16 can provide...
