I want to allow outside callers (employees) to call our main number and, during the auto-attendant greeting enter in the previously disclosed system park retrieval code and connect to the other outside caller who is on system park. First, I've changed our system park retrieve code from *6 to 6. Second, I've set up a dial action table entry for digit 6 to do an unscreened transfer to XXX (we use all 60 system park codes, ranging from 01 to 60, dialed as 601 to 660). This is working perfectly if the parked call is an internal caller. It does not work if the parked call is an external caller. The reason has to do with allowing trunk-to-trunk connections, either within InMail or otherwise. I do not know where to look to allow this. Any suggestions?

You might be looking for Class of service, MB 20-11-22 = unsupervised conference, possibly 20-11-06 = unscreened transfer.

I'm not sure what you are attempting to do will work. You may be more successful using the remote conference feature (license required).
Joining a Remote Conference Call:
1. Internal Party: Lift the handset and dial the extension number of the Remote Conference pilot
number (assigned in Program 11-19-01).
- OR -
External Party: Dial the telephone number for the Remote Conference pilot number (assigned in
Program 11-19-01).
2. If enabled, the system prompts for a password.
3. Dial the conference group password.
4. If the correct password is entered the caller is added to the Remote Conference. If the wrong
password is entered a warning tone is heard and you must hang up and dial back into the
conference pilot.
As the conference time limit nears, the system will provide a warning tone to all participants
based on Program 20-34-05. Once this timer expires, if the conference is still ongoing, the
participants will be disconnected by the system.
If an incorrect password is entered a warning tone is heard and the caller must hang up and
dial back into the conference pilot.
Transferring a Call into a Remote Conference Call:
1. With an active call, press the Transfer key.
2. Dial the Conference Pilot number (Program 11-19-01) then hang up. The caller enters the
Remote Conference or is prompted to enter the conference password.
- OR -
1. With an active call, press the Hold key.
2. Dial the Conference Pilot number, then press the Transfer Key. The caller enters the Remote
Conference or is prompted to enter the conference password.
Another option is to set up a spare DID as a DISA trunk giving the remote caller access to internal options, such as park retrieve.

Take 1 DID and in the translation table assign it as 401 in transfer target 1. A features and specs manual will be helpful.

I have a programming manual but for version 5 and my SV9100 is version 6. However, this is explained for that program. Thanks for the tip. I did get this working using mobile extension but that's not as desirable because a list of caller ID's has to be set up prior to use. DISA would be best but DISA doesn't allow for park pickup. I'll never understand why perfectly usable features are intentionally disabled or crippled. I come from a Nortel Meridian environment and the things one could make that PBX do were amazing.
