I want to allow outside callers (employees) to call our main number and, during the auto-attendant greeting enter in the previously disclosed system park retrieval code and connect to the other outside caller who is on system park. First, I've changed our system park retrieve code from *6 to 6. Second, I've set up a dial action table entry for digit 6 to do an unscreened transfer to XXX (we use all 60 system park codes, ranging from 01 to 60, dialed as 601 to 660). This is working perfectly if the parked call is an internal caller. It does not work if the parked call is an external caller. The reason has to do with allowing trunk-to-trunk connections, either within InMail or otherwise. I do not know where to look to allow this. Any suggestions?
