Hi, I am trying to add a route/gateway to the Call Server. From PCs on the 192.168.200.0 network I can ping the server (192.168.200.1) but when i try from the other side of the router i cant, it's not a permission/rule issue since i can ping other PC/CallPilot on the 192.168.200.0 network. I've read that you sometime need to do a INI on the server to have the settings applied, I have no clue how to do this... Here's what I've tried so far

For reference, Option 11c with 3 cabinets

I've also try the UPDATE DBS but with the same results

What am i missing here?

Thanks

Louis

You will have to bounce the ELNK in ld 137 then go back to ld 117 to enl the route.

the enl/dis of the ELNK did the trick, i was still unable to enl the route but the Server responding.

Thanks, you saved me some hairs

try adding new route 0.0.0.0 192.168.200.111
as the default route

WOW, i dont know what i ping when i said it work but it doesnt...

i tried with the 0.0.0.0 route and same result...

I can ping the ITG card but not the CallServer!?

After rebooting i still can't access the server...

Do a stat host in 117.
When you enl elnk in 137 does the IP addy match what is in the active host table?
Also do a prt elnk in 117 to check the active elnk addy

Yup it match, i realy dont understand this one...

=> prt elnk
ACTIVE ETHERNET: "PRIMARY" "192.168.200.1"
INACTIVE ETHERNET: "SECONDARY" "192.168.200.2"
OK

.stat elnk

ELNK ENABLED
Ethernet (qu unit number 0):
