Is it possible to have one of my ACD queues use some sort of TOD service?

Do you use Symposium, or just the ACD packages in the PBX?

if your console goes into nights you can use that to switch call routing, you can use tod for outbound call screening in your rlb's.. if your acd in front ended by mail that is an easy way to add tod

We do not have Symposium.

John,

What do you mean by the ACD front ended by MM?

some acd groups have a message on all inbound calls either letting you chose a lang or dept.. when this is the case you can build a tod schedule in mail and re-route calls after hours

Thanks John!

so how can I setup TOD without going throught the MM messaging service? Is it at all possible?

not that i have used, idc works on console day and night, you can do tod routing with rlbs.. outgoing.. but not tod inbound to an acd without Symposium
