3 Site SCN 9.1.3.0 Build 120 at all locations
Centralized VM at Site A

After a power outage at Site A, site to site dialing was intermittent. VMPro functional at Site A but not for the other sites.

All sites could ping the others via System Status > Line > Ping and a reboot of all did not resolve the issue.

Nothing stood out in Monitor but I may not have had the appropriate boxes checked in the SCN tab at the time.

I deleted and rebuilt the SCN Lines at Site A and service was restored.

If this reoccurs is there something I should look for in Monitor prior to the rebuild to determine the root cause?

I'm not satisfied with how the problem was resolved, any feedback would be appreciated.

I am running into the same issue with a 2 location SCN. The SCN would go down and I would need to delete and recreate the SCN lines in order to bring the connection back up. This happened even though I could ping between sites. I changed to the websocket protocol and it will reconnect but it still drops out from time to time. Customer is complaining and I am running monitor at both sites and am going to open a ticket with Avaya. Both systems are 9.1.4 release by the way.

If you want to open a ticket with Avaya you should first upgrade to SP5. It will be the first they will ask you to do.
