9.1 Help`

Hi Just upgraded to 9.1.8 and had some issues, initially couldn't get VM pro working but after looking on this forum discovered some security issues so after being advised to reset security VM now works. The only issue I have now is on the One X mobile preferred app which refuses to connect, the desktop works fine the Outlook integration works fine and even the Avaya communicator works fine but the preferred app still refuses to connect. Prior to 9.1 on version 9 this worked no problem, am I missing something on 9.1 as its driving me mad..

Are all services in the One-X portal started and connected to the IPO?

If you look at the amount of threads on this matter it would seem like no one got it working.
So the answer to your question is "Yes, others had issues".

That's not going to help you much though.

The few times I done this I started with connecting the mobile via internal WiFi and tracing on the server (logs and wireshard) to see what happens if I have any issues.
When that work you do the same via external IP.

Yes all One X services are running and web browser app works fine,
 
I almost never have problems. But every time it comes to 1XM I use the application server.
