Only thing is that it is copying 1002 files to the SD card
That alone takes ages.

1XP is running now, it was indeed a memory problem.
I think it would be nice that the system would generate a notification about that, the page is already there.

It still does not run very well.
VMPro stops and starts and 1XP isn't configurable

The call assistant works.

Did anyone use the dialing with it ?
It takes about 20 or 30 seconds before it starts dialing.

mine isn't too bad. took five seconds from pressing the hotkey to the other end dialing, so that includes network setup etc.

I didn't see any service.
Tomcat did not start.
Could uninstall but still in the control panel - > software list.
Linux runs fine now.

CCR is way better than CCC, although my Customer Service Manager isnt thrilled she cant run the exact same reports as before...

The wallboard is nice too and the call recorder/archiver is neat, but useless.

HSM, have you seen this caveat,

"IP500v2 running the 6.0(14) software.
The upgrade procedure has been completed WITHOUT loading any 6.1 license.
After finished, the system started up and run perfectly, with no Software 3 license"
