Just a couple of things you can't do or need to add a couple of things. Page 21 of the gettin gstarted details whats what.

And it needs a 2.4 gig Quad Core to run!! But this gave me a good excuse to the boss to buy a decent new box!

big saving on Server OS if running OXP. I bet it runs better on Linux too.

I might be able to let you know tomorrow. hoping to get it running and move my VM Pro from windows.

Indeed, was thinking on VM boxes, but you can get a really decent cheap box to run that anyway, so it's more attractive for 1XP I suppose

got a barebones Intel Quad Core, DVD drive and 250GB SATA drive for 290+VAT to run it on.

For R6 OXP you can add £500 worth of server OS license onto that.

Well just trying to load Manager and it is really touchy, it keeps making the installer window go unresponsive if you so much as click on it, I wouldn't hold your breath either

The Linux spec is now 'dual core', just not in the docs (that's what happens when they change the specification while the entire documentation team is on holiday).

I'm sure developers who have finally delivered something that only uses half the anticipated resources will soon find a use for all those extra CPU cycles. Think of your quad server as being future proofed for 7.0.
