I have Ip office 500 V1 at multiple sights with all voicemail handled at Main sight. (centralized VM). The licence for the 500 V1 at the remote location has standard to professional licence, I take it for the advanced networking feature, and also has a network licence for 4 channels of H323 to tie locations together. Also has VCM card for hardware. I want to put in another location with an 500 V2, What licence do I need? Hardware? Thanks in advanced.

What software versions are your current ip500's on?
The ip500v2 can must run 6.0 or higher.
Within a SCN you can run 1 major release lower.
But you need a voice networking license to start with.
The standard to professional license is not needed anymore from 5.0 and higher.
VCM is always needed in a SCN.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Get your BP involved and they will sort you out. It may be worth looking at an upgrade to the v1 as part of the job.
