In my call log incoming calls miss off the leading zero

For instance if number 07123 456 789 calls me all I get is 7123 456 789. Therefore I cannot call the person back via the call log

How can I set the telephone to add the 0?

I know on the IP sets you can amend the 46xx settings but this is digital and there is no menu option either

Thanks

ch sys feat and fill in the national and international CPN prefix.

that is already administered

incoming calls show the 0xxxxxxxxxx number on the display but it is just in the call log that the 0 is removed

Even if you have the 0 don't you still need to add in a 9 to make an outgoing call?

Yes you still need to add in the 9 before pressing the call log entry; however in this case the call log entry is invalid as the leading 0 is not present.

However when an incoming call is received the full number is displayed; it is when the number is sent to the call log that the 0 is removed.

I have checked and they are running the latest version of fimware as it is a new 3.1.2 install

i have this issue on an earlier release also
