I've got a branch office 5.0 with an 1120 phone that will not redirect. All other phones in the branch redirected without a hitch. We've checked VLANs, routing, programming on both the MO and the BO. All of it is good. When I stat the TN on the BO it shows "idle local registered 12" not having any luck as to what the 12 is for.
DNs are the same at both BO and MO, can ping the phone from the SS. Outed the phone and rebuilt, checked licenses. Out of ideas!!
