1120 on BO won't redirect

I've got a branch office 5.0 with an 1120 phone that will not redirect. All other phones in the branch redirected without a hitch. We've checked VLANs, routing, programming on both the MO and the BO. All of it is good. When I stat the TN on the BO it shows "idle local registered 12" not having any luck as to what the 12 is for.

DNs are the same at both BO and MO, can ping the phone from the SS. Outed the phone and rebuilt, checked licenses. Out of ideas!!
 
Check the NRS and see if that dn is in the main office endpoint as route cost of 1 and the BO as route cost of 2.

Check your MOTN and BUID on the branch office.

One test for network connectivity is to set the phone up manually like a main office phone and see if it registers. This will tell you for sure if the data network is correct.

Most of these types of problems are in the NRS.
 
BUID and TN are correct, had to do a h.323 test and discovered it was an analog set registered under another site. Since the number was listed in the LUDN on the cs1000 he thot it was free. Mystery solved!! We have 39 SRGs hanging off this CS1000 and can't keep them all straight. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
 
No problem. Glad you got a solution quickly. So in essence what it was trying to do was register locally, get redirected to the main office however the NRS pointed you at the SRG instead of the main office and the SRG said forget it you don't belong here.
 
Exactly. I believe NRS was sending it to the original place, an analog station and thinking...uhhhh..no you aren't what you think you are nor do you belong where you think you belong.
