    usually you put a default termination on a vector for such an occassion. example: route to 0 if unconditionally. this would route anybody who does not do anything and the vector interdigit timer, times out or if they have a rotary phone. Edgar Clemente

    vectoring is basically programming the call flow that the vdn is pointed to. That may be where your issue is comming from. what number are you calling to get into the audix auto attendant? are you calling a vdn that is still pointed to a vector? Edgar Clemente
