CallMaster VI & IP Agent problems

Does anyone have the proper configuration for CallMAster VI and IP Agent?

When I attempt to start IP Agent, it wants to download phone data, which fails. The event viewer says I have a PASTER error, but I verified that PASTE is enabled and the feature access code is set correctly.

Help! Avaya TAC can't!

did you also enable the PASTE in the COR assigned to the station?
