Hi all, Is there any way to have the agent login name appear on the phone when they login? We are using 8720 systems with 4622SW IP phones. We have alot of agents who login with the wrong agent login ID and it would help to have their agent name displayed on the phone.

It looks like it may have been the order we brought the network back up. Someone was powering up the phones before the phones could see the PBX or the DHCP or the TFTP server for that matter. We are looking at how we restore the network after an outage.

Another way to find which agent is logged onto the station is to status the station, find out which skill(xx) it is logged into and then run the command "monitor bcms split xx". This screen will show you which agents are logged and thier extensions.
