While migrating Domino from lower to 6.5 or while registering the server there should be atleast one admin.id. Why you are not using that administrator ID????
You can have ID with admini previleges but you will not be able to do remote server administration

This is can be many reason...
1) There could be some other ID in the local address book..which is been edited by the user
2) local address may not be updated after there is any updation in the server
3) Else check the location document/whether user is using
his/her same location document...
try through web browser. Enter he remote end Domino Server IP....If its not in the same LAN then http protocol/packets needs to be allowed to the domino server. And also http task shud be run

The user.id may be stored in some place where its been saved while registering the ID's. You can re-certify those ID's by loging in to the respective certifier ID's. Register upto 2099..
