Have console 4200 answer all calls, in night to AA2. 0/TO set to GenMailBox. GenMailBox2 owner set to 4200. AA2 ext number 4200. Fault ='s, select '0' call routes back to AA2, not to GenMailBox2.
AA transfer to phantom station on adjunct port. Adjunct has unique authority code assigned. Set remote forward for adjunct station and trk to trk transfer. Program code from any station shown on previous response. #80 access for authority code, 2468# authority code I put in. #33 for call...
Too much time in IP/Definity forgot Legend tricks. Cust wants selector code in Intuity AA to go to off net number. Hope the answer is not plug set into vacant port and call forward off net and then tape over port!
Have cust with 20 plus systems R7 and RAC cards. Can access and get connection at 14400 with 3 different modems and several different computers. Never get the login prompt!!! Shop test is R6 and RAC, same results. What next???
ISDN-Public form will send the entered number(ext number or full did) The local provider has to provide to the 911 center the address, rm number etc for those numbers. The local ex-Bells don't like to do this. You may have to hire a consultant to provide the updates to the 911 center. I have had...
Don't forget that in a collect step, a tt register is assigned for the duration of the step. If lots of calls in que, could create dialing issues for others in the system.
Good practice to always use the wait step. As noted anno's can get messed up without. However!, with 'look ahead interflow', check vectors in remote's get messed up with the wait step.
Cust looking for calling number (outside calls full digit string)(inside calls,Definity station number) and name if available from outside and extension name inside. Location is hospital with multible sites. Using ShoreTel to replace several small EKTS systems with IP.
Setting up ISDN w/Qsig(Avaya G3rV12) to ShoreTel. Talks fine. ShoreTel receiving number but not name. Only doc I could find was Qsig to NORTEL, so I set up that format(all system cust options correct). ShoreTel tech says he gets number from 'D' channel, but name should be over Qsig. List trace...

Got it, will have cust busy port and give it a try. If no change, what could be my fault. Get modem tone with no lock up. More about SmartConnect, go to zeacom.com.
SmartConnect is a CMS for Legend. It is equal to or better than Definity EAS w/CMS. Only licensed for Legend and Definity under 50 users. Connects to MLX port with access to call control. Avaya and Zeacom parted ways about 2 years ago but lots of them around. I have put them behind Cisco's with...
Unable to remote access system thru modem connection. Have swapped out processor with no joy. Could the SmartConnect be preventing connection? Zeacom says no, but I kinda don't believe them.
