Too much time in IP/Definity forgot Legend tricks. Cust wants selector code in Intuity AA to go to off net number. Hope the answer is not plug set into vacant port and call forward off net and then tape over port!

Well, that would work, but you do not have to waste a REAL PORT.

You can set up an account code on an ADJUNCT and then program it for Remote forward.

Using the account code, you can log into it from another extension and do the forwarding like that.

Yes, that's a Legend trick.

Thanks MerlinMan. Set it up. Took a bit to get the right dial string for the cust to dial. But it works!!
(#80 2468# #33 91800xxxxxxx#)

So the AA will let you put an adjunct number in the selector code? I'm about to do this for a customer. Thanks.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

AA transfer to phantom station on adjunct port. Adjunct has unique authority code assigned. Set remote forward for adjunct station and trk to trk transfer. Program code from any station shown on previous response. #80 access for authority code, 2468# authority code I put in. #33 for call forward. Dialed number followed by #.
