Intuity Disconnects

I Have a Definity G3cfsV12 which I think is either a Definity one or a Prologix pbx. In slot 1a12 we have a VIRT PR-SSP BD which Im pretty sure is the virtual setup for the intuity Vmail. When we try and dial the Vmail it disconnects on us or we get a busy signal. I have run a test on the Virtual board "test bo 01a12 L" and these are the results..

Can anyone tell me what error code 3 means for test 1351.

I cant find it anywhere.

From 555-233-111 Fail any error code.


The test failed.
1 - On-board link to CWY1 firmware is not up
2 - On-board link to CWY1 firmware failed
3 - Loop around test failed
NOTE:
Retry the command at one minute intervals a maximum of 5 times.
3. If all ports on the board fail, busy out the board and run the board test
to see if the CWY1 card on the TN795 board has failed. Refer to the
repair steps in ‘‘SSP-CMC Diagnostic/Initialization Test (#1350)’’ on
page 5-1019.
4. If the board tests passes and one or more port tests still fail, check for
TDM-BUS problems, TONE-PT problems, or ETR-PORT problems.
5. If the test continues to fail, replace the TN795.
 
I ran the tests and I will probably have to replace the TN2314 proccesor card. Announcments arent working either. Now can I send out a flashcard ,have my onsite contact backup the data to that flashcard then re-load it on a spare 2314 I have here? I am wondering of the license file will also backup to it. Or do I have to call Avaya for that.
