Do you have the CD that comes with the printer? The CD will have the manufacturers drivers on it, so you should be able to install them from there.

Have you tried manually synchronising the files? Click My Computer and select Tools \ Synchronise from the toolbar. Select the offline files and click the synchronise button.

RTHDCPL.EXE is a startup program for the Realtek HD Audio Effects control panel. Run msconfig and click the Startup tab to see if its in the list of startup programs. If it is, deselect it and reboot and see if you still get the error message.
