Thanks both for your help. What I have done is provide a night service key on a telephone near the console. In the event of the console PC failing the CM can then be manually put into night service as it seems there is no way this can happen automatically.
I have a site with a single one-X attendant console off CM 6.0.1. Can anyone tell me what should happen if the PC was to fail. I would have thought the CM would automatically detect the failure and go into night service but it doesn't. Calls to the attendant simply get no reply although night...

Help please. Anyone got any ideas on how to include external numbers along with on site extensions in a hunt group. If I divert a member to an external number this doesn't work as putting on a diversion effectively removes that extn from the group. Software level is ACM4. Thanks in advance, Paul.
