However in PLDS you can only move in the same company.

There is an issue with the power consumption for the 9620L
the cisco switch shuts the power after 30 seconds.
You have to put in:
no lldp tlv-select power-management
no lldp med-tlv-select power-management
in the cisco switches. It worked for us.
Display Name : name
User name : extension
password : password ( I used only numbers )
Authorization user name : extension
domain : ip adres SES server
Register with domain ... is marked
Send outbound calls via : target domain
rest is untouched
it works!

what you write is 100% correct, I knew that, but it seems that from CM 3.1.3 and firmware 2.8 in the phone, you can assign a group to a phone remotely, without manually entering the (MUTE)GROUP#sequence.... but the manuals lack of more info.

IPSI's need to be put in the mostleft slot, nowhere else, so no need to keep other slots open for an IPSI, except when you want to use it as an ( expensive ) clock source
Does CM3 allow simple telnet connections ?
I think it only accepts ssh on port 22 now.
My advise: use Putty ( free ) which is much better than Terranova, which is quite old now.

when we do a call forward to an external destination, and we are called from an external user, the caller's number is sent over the provider's network. Is there any way to send our own number ? Our provider rejects the call because he does not recognize the caller ID as being "a client"...

I've programmed User "name" buttons on each phone ( 2420 and 6408D+ ), they all work fine, but incoming missed call log remains empty. I figured out already why, because I deleted the 3 standard Appearance buttons....
So here's my question:
What is the goal of those appearance a= buttons...
