S8710: CM3 or 4?

Good morning

I am currently on the following:

System: G3xV13 Software Version: R013x.00.1.346.0


Our vendor for a telephony application says thats all nice and good but he still needs to know if we are on CM3 or CM4. I think its 3 but I don't know how to really tell the difference. Can someone educate me please?

You may want to question your vendor, there is no CM4. CM 3.1 is the latest release of CM software.

ahhh thats scary. We have a customer service manager riding the project and she's evaluating the CTI apps we may be doing. I emailed her the version of our new 8710 and then I got a voicemail saying I didn't answer their question ... interesting

It looks like you CTI vendor does not know Avaya very well. I would question if they have the abality to what you need them to do.

It's version CM 3.0.1 to be precise

what vendor are you useing?

zjo, CM 3.1 is the latest. 3.0.1 is the prior rev to that.
I think there's a 3.1.1 soon if not already.
