hmmm
I agree with jimbopalmer - MacTCP watcher is a very useful tool.
I partially agree with MatthewA - any POP3 client can read mail from an exchange server, but only Outlook 8.2.x or Outlook 2001 can act as a full client. Messing with 'load only when needed' is not going to help in this...
Do you want to share files & printers or just the internet access?
The G3 has a built in 10-Base-T RJ-45 which should connect into your hub.
What is your connection from the hub to the internet? (is it a routing hub or do you have a separate router?)
If you let me know what the Win2k IP...
Well ...
Assuming that the sound works again when you remove the memory, I would say a conflict.
Prove it: by removing the memory.
Solve it: by trying the memory in different slots/arrangements. Send the memory back to the vendor for a refund.
Sorry I can't be more positive

The NetWare queue has 'captured' the LaserWriter, preventing it from being available to direct users.
Prove it: by disconnecting the parallel cable from the printer and restarting it. The printer will now appear in the Chooser.
Solve it v1: enable print services for Macintosh, or disable...
The file '..:System Folder:Preferences:File Exchange Preferences' is almost certainly corrupt.
To prove: move the file onto the desktop, restart and try opening File Exchange again.

The most positive thing that Microsoft can say about neutering their APIs...
It is very likely to be a disk driver issue. Has it been formatted with a 3rd party driver?
What model Mac is it in?
Does the disk mount if you boot from another disk/CD?
The OUT2KSEC.EXE (ver 1.0.4205) has been applied to some copies of Office 2000 - fine.
The update prevents other applications creating email and automatically putting it in the Outlook outbox - so what?
Some of the users regularly use Word to create email merges, this function has now been...
What is you aversion to printer icons?
Anyway, the 'correct' sequence is:
1.Launch the Desktop Printer Utility.
2.Select "Printer (LPR)" and click OK.
3.In the "PostScript Printer Description (PPD) File" section, click on "Change..." and selectthe PPD for your...
I recently experienced this on some machines - they had a new variation of an old virus (WdefB I think). Fairly easy to check it out. NAV cured my MS woes.
