Thanks Tom sure looks that way, since I posted about DXD button I also found 3 different ext's where I'm unable to add a CO line, when when in programming for one of those ext's various buttons are lit even though they say blank, and unable to add certain existing CO them.

I have an ACS rel 6, Ext 12 has a DXD button on what should be co 4, there is no ASA/dxd card in system,and DXD can only can be assigned to ext 10 normally. Any ideas how to clear it?
You do not need a phone connected to call forward-
pick a spare ext and give it call forward #322 xx-1
at ext 10 or 11 program a speed dial for that ext example 80 with the to be called #
after that at any phone fea 11 xx 80 to activate or cancel fea 11 xx xx
You could assign that line to a phantom ext (one without a phone) and then record up to 6 messages on that ext, then they could call in and select which greeting (1-6) they want to be heard.

Textron68--- If you read the original post Verizon is his LD carrier for out bound LD calls, for which he has no trouble, on incoming LD calls those are controlled by the LD carriers of his customers on outgoing calls, hense my post to find out what carrier his customers is using.
Find out what company your customers are using for their LD calls, it's possible that it's a new VERIZON exchange and their switch is not routed for it, if you can find out who the carrier is give that to Verizon and they'll call them, I'm surprised that Verizon hasn't ask you for this info?
Hate to say this but if you needed to keep an RAC to come out ahead , you should have run away from not walked away from that type of customer,besides not getting paid what you should be worth their the ones you always seem to have trouble with, and have to go back as their never happy.

I have a ACS R6 with 308EC and Partner Messaging Rel7 with 6 port licence in that order in a 5 slot cab.
The Voice mail works fine all week, even 1/2 day on Sat till they close, come in Monday morning and all the ports are busy-
The Voice mail follows weekly work sched, no nite key.

It's not clear if your adding a second zone or adding a second radio mod with additional 9040's, so suggest you see Avaya site for what you need
