ACS rls 7 is there a way to program a set so it can only dila I/C and 911

Go to Disallowed List Number 1, make Entry 01 "wild" (will show an !)

Assign Disallowed List Number 1 to the Extension

Make sure 911 is in the Emergency List

Be sure that there are lines assigned to the extension, if you want make it pick Intercom first.

If the dial ANYTHING other than 911, it will disconnect the extension.

#404-1-01-HOLD-ENTER
#405-(Extension Number)-1-1
#406-01-911-ENTER

A question,in this case Icm only and 911 why not use #401-ext#-2?

Will that allow the emergency list to override? I'd have to check it to be sure.

I've always used Disallow/Allow lists to do the job. In our area, may 7 digit numbers are long distance, and #401-XX-3 just looks at 1 as the first digit. So I got in the habit of disallowing everything (wild), and allow the local prefixes. If you don't assign any allow lists, it gives you the Intercom and 911.
