I have a ACS R6 with 308EC and Partner Messaging Rel7 with 6 port licence in that order in a 5 slot cab.
The Voice mail works fine all week, even 1/2 day on Sat till they close, come in Monday morning and all the ports are busy-
The Voice mail follows weekly work sched, no nite key.
When ports are busy can do a 728 reset on ACS, this does not clear ports, they remain busy, have to do a power down to clear ports and no matter what I do they work fine till the next weekend????
Also I checked that the CO lines have calling party disco on them!
Also checked only exts in 505 are the 6 port ext's (26 to 31)
Do I call Ghost busters??

I bet they are taking power surges over the weekend. That'll lock up the voicemail.

Also I checked that the CO lines have calling party disco on them!

By calling party disco, do you mean that the lines were tested for....and found to have....positive disconnect [ponder]

There is a chance that the hard drive is locking up. If that is the case....there is an online outfit that sells both traditional or flash memory drives for many AT&T/Lucent/Avaya (and other) voicemails.

Yes all CO's have "Positive Disconnect"
PM is solid green just the VM port ext's are busy?
Just happens on Weekends so power may be involved? can place UPS as pre caution.

1 easy way to tell if power is the culprit is to plug a clock radio (one that a power loss or burp will cause the display to flash) into the same circuit that powers the phone system.

If the display is flashing in the morning, then power should be checked. If it isn't a power issue, then give the hard drive a close look.
