check your RAN routes if they are not running the caller will get dead air or ring no answer while they wait in que.
THR RAN IS PROBABLY Not running id your RAN routes get disconnected usually the callers get ring no answer until an agent is available- that could be the case here.

sound like you want to have one trunk go to a station that is pluggen into an ata -to a fax you will need to assign said line to ring at ata extension only.this line cannot ring in ither phones but it can be used as part of the pool to dial out.

when you install the new mail did you initialized it and made eure the dn legnth was teh same , and built all teh new mailboxes to be the same as the extension. if so than maybe you got another bad mail.
