NYSTECH - there are no alarms in SS and it is just the One X Portal that stops working.(which is a bit weird,as seeing as it is reporting I have no preferred license, I would have thought the VM would crash) !!!

Wondering if anyone else has had the following problem.
We are using an ISDN dialup to remotely connect to IPO.
Manager see's the IPO and you can log on ok,(although it does take an age to load !!!)
If you do a change and then try to merge it you get a "Failed to login to IP Office"...
